The Bank has variety of credit schemes specially suitable to individuals based on the needs, personal repayment capacity (illustrative only, conditions apply).

To Individual etc apart from credit facility to trade, industry, export and priority sector :

1. Housing Finance :	It is provided to an individual singly/jointly for the purpose of construction of house/ purchase of ready built house/land / extension of existing house/ repair of house. The amount of finance depends upon the repayment capacity of the applicant. (Salient Features)
2. Car Finance :	It is provided to an individual singly/jointly, firms etc. for the purchase of new brand car for the purpose of personal/ professional/ business needs. The amount of finance depends upon the repayment capacity of the applicant.
3. Loan for consumer durables :	It is provided to an individual singly/jointly, firms etc. for the purchase of consumer durables such as TV, Fridge, Air Conditioner, Computer etc. for personal needs. The amount of finance depends upon the repayment capacity of the applicant.
4. Loan against NSC’s /LIC policies etc. :	It is provided for the purpose of meeting any contingency/ personal needs. The amount of finance depends upon the repayment capacity of the applicant.
5. Loan against Shares :	It is provided to an individual singly/jointly, firms etc. against the shares of companies.
6. Loan against Deposits :	It is provided against the Term deposit of the bank.
7. Educational loan	It is provided for higher studies.
